BIOGRAPHY  

Kahu (Pastor) Daniel Costales was born and raised in Hawaii.  His father was the Pastor of the Anahola Baptist Church on Kauai.  He is a graduate of Kauai Christian Academy.  He went on to Bob Jones University where he received a B.A. in Humanities. 
After college he came back to Hawaii and taught for two years at the Koolau Baptist Church Academy.  He received a Masters of Divinity degree from the Master's Seminary in 1999.  That same year he was called to be the Kahu of the Berean Bible Church.

Kahu's wife, Karen, is an important part of the ministry.  Besides being a keeper at home, she works diligently and faithfully with the children's ministry.  Kahu and Karen have been married since 1995 and have three children, Hoku, Timmy, and Liana.
